ShineBrow Return & Refund Policy

At ShineBrow we work to offer high-quality products and a clear, transparent shopping experience.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Contact us at shinebrow@gmail.com with your order number.

Conditions

  • The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product received has a defect, is damaged or does not match your order, contact us at shinebrow@gmail.com with photos. In these cases, ShineBrow covers all costs and will ship a replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used or whose safety seal has been removed.
  • Sale or clearance items (when expressly indicated).
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges. Please refer to our refund policy if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
